Those living lady liberties

My friend Marike just caught up on the blog and recognized the living Statues of Liberty from a newspaper article. It seems that they were wandering around the city center to celebrate the 400^th anniversary of the founding of Manhattan by Henry Hudson as captain of a Dutch East Indies Company ship. Thanks, Marike!
